We offer Free Standard Shipping via USPS or FedEx. Must hit the spending limit to qualify for free shipping. Orders are shipped on business days only, business days are Monday-Friday excluding federal holidays within the United States and some religious holidays. If you would like to expedite your order, select FedEx 2 Day at checkout. Price will be calculated at checkout based on your order’s size and weight.

Yes, but only via USPS [standard shipping] and choosing expedited shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes as it is FedEx—selecting standard shipping is the way to go.
If you live in Puerto Rico you are eligible for free shipping. You will receive your order <1 Week after it leaves our distribution centre.

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer in addition to shipping cost. Zaus is unable to predict or control customs charges as they are levied by the destination country.
Due to security purposes, once an order has been verified, we cannot modify or change a shipping address. We would be more than happy to cancel your order and help you place a new order with your correct shipping/billing information if you'd like.
In the event we are unable to fulfill your order you will receive a cancellation email detailing the voided charge and reason for refund within 2 business days.
All cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour from when the order was placed and our customer care team will do our best to accommodate. In any event you can always request a return shipping label to send back.
If you have an account with us, log in. Visit “My Orders” and click “View Order.” Then click “Track Your Order” and a pop-up will appear with a tracking link. If you don’t have an account with us, contact email@example.com with your order number, billing last name, and email address or zip code. As soon as your order is placed, you should receive a confirmation email. We’ll send you a separate email with tracking information once your order ships. If you have not received an order confirmation email, please check your spam folder and make sure "firstname.lastname@example.org" is on your safe list. If you have not received an order confirmation email, please contact our customer service team.
Shipping times kick in when your item(s) have left our distribution & print centre. Please allow for 2-7 business days for processing at our distribution centre before your order is shipped. Once your order ships, look out for a confirmation email with tracking information. If you don’t receive your shipping confirmation within three business days of placing your order, reach out to our customer service team and be sure to include your order number to expedite the process.
If you have not received your package, please check with your neighbors and your local Post Office first. Please note USPS tends to scan the package delivered once it reaches the local hub, and then within the next few business days the package will arrive. If your order isn’t found in 2 business days please contact us for further assistance.

We're so sorry to hear your order arrived in less than perfect condition! In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit.
We offer a limited warranty on all defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days after original purchase date from Zaus.co
If you need to return your online purchase for whatever reason*, we will be happy to issue a refund for unworn, undamaged, and tagged items within 30 days of purchase on U.S. orders. Certain sale items are non-refundable due to their discounted nature.
To start a return of a purchase made <30 days prior, simply go to your account portal and contact us there. Follow the steps to submit your return request and if eligible you should receive a prepaid USPS return shipping label to print via email or download directly. Package up the items you wish to return ensuring all original tags and sanitary guards are in place. Seal the parcel, attach the shipping label, and drop at your nearest USPS location.
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing once your return is received and receipt of refund confirmation via email. Refunds may only be made to the original form of payment and may take 1-3 business days to reflect depending on your financial institution
